The Financial ROI
Return on Meta advertising is only real when it is calculated from verified sales or leads, so that is the only way it is reported here.
Three figures carry the financial case. Cost per lead or cost per sale is total spend divided by verified conversions. Return on ad spend is attributed revenue divided by spend. Break-even return on ad spend is one divided by gross margin, and it tells the business the exact point at which a campaign starts making money rather than merely generating orders.
Retention changes the mathematics. A retargeting campaign that lifts repeat purchases, as it did for Icon Shopper, raises the revenue each acquired customer produces over time, which means the account can afford a higher first-purchase cost while remaining profitable. For a repair counter, the equivalent is the share of walk-in jobs that came from a Meta impression, matched through the offline event set.
Reporting is weekly, in writing, against the metrics agreed before the first campaign went live. No client figures are published on this site because every client's numbers belong to that client. They are shared, with permission, on a discovery call.
