The Financial ROI
Automation return is measured in hours removed, response time gained and errors avoided, converted to money using the business's own labour rates.
Hours saved per week come directly from the process audit: the time a task took, multiplied by how often it ran, minus the time the automated version needs for review. Multiplied by loaded hourly cost, that is the recurring saving, and it is what the build cost is paid back against.
Lead response time is the revenue side. Faster first replies raise the share of enquiries that become customers, so the change in conversion rate, multiplied by average order value, is attributed to routing. Error rate in synced data is tracked because a single mis-entered booking can cost more than a month of platform fees.
Reports delivered without manual assembly are counted too, since each one is a Monday morning returned to billable work. Client figures are shared on request.
